As I previously posted, I'm presenting two sessions at the Tampa Code Camp this weekend... one on WCM (mostly one long demo) and one called "Don't be a Tool, Be a Better Developer Through Tools & Virtualization!" The virtualization/dev tools talk is a semi-repeat of a talk I did last night at the Jacksonville User Group which ran long and eventually got cut short as I mentioned in the recap post earlier today.
There just isn't enough time to do both virtualization and demo all the dev tools I wanted to showcase, so I have to pick one or the other: virtualization (with my best practices) OR developer tools. Rather than pick the topic myself, at the beginning of my session in Tampa on Saturday I'll let those who attend pick... we'll hold a very quick vote. That way, if you came for virtualization and the vote is for dev tools, you have the option to jump into someone else's talk without missing much.
I'm prepared to do either virtualization or dev tools, so I'll let you choose your own adventure! Just a little FYI that may affect your vote: since I was cut short at JAXDUG, I did the demo's I was planning last night at JAXDUG (minus DevExpress stuff: DXCore, CodeRush, & Refactor! Pro) to do as a screencast and posted it earlier today so you could watch the screencast and then come see virtualization. The only difference is I do plan on running through the CodeRush & Refactor demo's if we go with the dev tools option in Tampa.
