Jon's posted a nice registry hack that adds a new item to your right-click menu to remove files from Subversion. This is easily done deleting the .SVN hidden folder in each directory, but it's a PITA to do manually.
He's also linked to a post by Wyatt Pruel on doing the same thing with PowerShell.
