A Framework for creating managed add-ins for Outlook 2003

Just stumbled across the Niobe Framework which is an open source "project that allows managed, smart client add-ins to be developed for MS Office Outlook 2003" while reading a recent post on Maxim's blog. Very cool stuff!

Andrew, NIOBE is already outdated and its follow-up will be arriving soon. Last October there was a workshop at Redmond on the follow-up managed api for Outlook. We are all waiting for more news!

I have been using it. Outlook Express more stable and secure than other programs.
