Building an ASP.NET "WaitScreen" Server Control

Daniel Fisher has posted a very detailed article on how to create (1) a server control and (2) a Wait Screen for ASP.NET. Great article for learning exactly how to create a server control, as well as building a control that serves as a user friendly “one moment please” page during long running processes.
