Ted Pattison, Scot Hillier and I are working on the SharePoint 2010 version of the popular SharePoint 2007 MS Press books (Inside Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 by Ted Pattison & Dan Larson & Inside Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 by Patrick Tisseghem).

The book, Inside Microsoft SharePoint 2010, will cover the entire product stack, not just SharePoint Foundation or SharePoint Server. While the exact date of when this will be available on the shelf isn’t set in stone, we are making an excerpt of a few chapters available for free at our booth (Critical Path Training) at TechEd in New Orleans this year. would love to visit the booth, but New Orleans is not exactly around the corner. If there is any other way to obtain this first look. let me (and the world) know. BTW with not around the corner I mean the Hague, the Netherlands ;-)

Sorry guys... we're only giving them away at TechEd... it's a limited run because it's just an excerpt of a bigger book that will be available later this year.
