Managed Windows Shared Hosting

We at Critical Path Training typically offer and hold hands-on SharePoint training classes either in a classroom or as a webcast over the course of a week (5-days). This is a great experience for students learning SharePoint because you get to set aside time from the office where you can immerse yourself and concentrate on the task at hand.

However we realize that some consultants can’t afford to be out of the office for a full week much or have limited budgets. To address the needs of those individuals we are announcing a new delivery format that is only two (2) days long. In this scenario students will attend two full days on a deep dive on SharePoint 2010 development consisting of presentations and filled with loads of demos. Each student will receive with a book that contains the presentations with notes (a manual of sorts) as well as all the code samples presented throughout the course of the two days. This format doesn’t lend itself to an ideal hands-on experience so what we are doing is including hands-on labs (HOLs) for each of the topics presented in the manual that you can do on your own time. If that isn’t all, every student will get a Wolfgang Puck catered lunch both days!

Our first delivery of this will be early next year, February 15-16, 2012 in Boston, MA. We are going to hold the event at the conveniently located Museum of Science which is right downtown… a very cool venue! The topics that will be covered include the following:

The Great SharePoint Adventure 2010 Roadshow (overview or detailed agenda):

  • SharePoint Foundation Development
  • SharePoint Application, Site, Web Part and Master Pages, Ribbon User Experience
  • SharePoint Data Access - Server Side
  • SharePoint Data Access - Client Side
  • Developing Workflows
  • Business Connectivity Services
  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Extending Search

The cost for each student attending is $599 but if you register before January 15, 2012, you can get the early bird discounted registration of $499/student! Interested? Register today!

All Comments Are Filtered & Moderated
Unfortunately comment spammers are just too effecient and are constantly dirtying up blogs with irrelevant and unwanted comments trying to improve their standing on search engines. All comments on this blog are moderated. I do not censor comments, but I don't approve comments with vulger language or those soliciting products. Most of the time comments are approved within a few hours of being submitted with the only exception when I'm traveling.

Why are you asking for my email address?
The only reason I'm asking for your email address, which isn't required to submit a comment, is to provide a gravatar if you've created an account for yourself and associated your email address with a small image. If you have a gravatar created for the email address you submit, it will appear next to your comment. Otherwise nothing will appear.

What is a gravatar?
A gravatar is a "globally recognized avatar." You can get more information about gravatars, as well as create your own for free, at www.gravatar.com. You can also view my gravatar here.
