Everyone is aware that with robust logging, you can troubleshoot problems very quickly when they arise. The trick is building it into all your applications. Usually you’ll want to look to some sort of reusable library. One common library people use is the Enterprise Library… specifically the logging block. Another very common, and reliable solution is log4net. Log4net is a .NET port of the long excellent log4j logging library that’s popular in the Java circles.
