I’ve got a busy week coming up in Stockholm, Sweden! Stockholm is hosting the SharePoint & Exchange Forum (SEF 2012) October 22-23, 2012 and I’m presenting two sessions on SharePoint 2013:
SharePoint 2013 Workflow: Automating Business Processes On-Premises & in Office 365SharePoint 2013 introduces a brand new workflow architecture by relying on Workflow 1.0 to facilitate simple and advanced workflow solutions. One of the new capabilities introduced to SharePoint 2013 workflows is the ability to work with dynamic values. In this session you’ll learn how you can create advanced declarative workflows with SharePoint Designer 2013 and Visual Studio 2012 by leveraging external services and dynamic values. Everything you learn in this session will be applicable to SharePoint 2013 deployments, both those on-premises and in Office 365.
What’s New with Web Content Management in SharePoint 2013In this session we’ll explore what’s new and improved with Web Content Management (WCM) in SharePoint 2013. Search now plays a significant role in WCM sites. You’ll learn how to create content the traditional, structured authoring way, as well as using the new approach with content catalogs and rollup pages. In addition you will see how to use the new Content by Search Web Part along with Display Templates to create custom interfaces, explore what’s new with search engine optimization and finally how to use managed metadata to drive your navigation.
After the conference (Wednesday & Thursday, October 24-25) I’m also delivering Critical Path Training ’s Great SharePoint Adventure 2013 Roadshow. This is separate from the conference and not limited to those attending the SEF… anyone can register for this workshop. You can get the full details here:

And if that’s not enough to pack on my plate, I’ll also be the presenter at the Stockholm SharePoint User Group on October 25, 2012. For more information on the user group, check this out the following link. You can even vote on what the topic will be!
