You may be aware that SharePointBlogs.com has been unavailable the last few days. What happened is the server that hosts the site had a nasty hardware failure… very nasty hardware failure combined with the stars not aligning. Basically the RAID 5 config went belly up. You admins out there know exactly what that means… very rare problem.
The guy behind it, Dustin Miller, has been working around the clock on it. We’re at TechEd this week but unfortunately he’s missed almost the whole week working on the issue… feel for him… but know he’s expectedly taking this very seriously and is working to get the site back up as soon as possible.
Since his blog is also affected, he asked me to pass this along to help get the word out as we all depend on the wealth of SharePoint info on the various blogs on that site.
