Last year I blogged about an Excel spreadsheet I posted to my public SkyDrive OneDrive that contained the same data form the TechNet article which listed a feature matrix of what things you would and would not find in Office 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013 On-Premises deployments. The spreadsheet, as you can see from the screenshot below, seperates the different deployment options into different worksheets within the same workbook and color-codes the the features, making it much easier to consume than what Microsoft presents on TechNet:
It was originally updated based on the published matrix as of January 8, 2013. Unfortunately I hadn’t gotten around to updating it until today. The feature matrix Excel workbook now reflects what is in the published TechNet article which was last updated on March 14, 2014.
